Sizing: Handmade items listed are sized approximately. Each item may slightly differ as they are all handmade. Products are made to order. 

Shipping: US only. Orders are processed and shipped via USPS from CA Monday-Friday excluding holidays. For larger orders such as the diaper bag, they are shipped with UPS and includes $100 insurance. Shipping times may vary based on location. I will always keep my website and social media updated for any shop closures or change in shipping updates. Once your order has been processed and shipped, Mumsterville is not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen mail during transit or delay due to the postal service. For rush shipping or orders outside of US, please contact me first via email: mumsterville@gmail.com. 

Refund Policy: All sales are final. For any order cancellations, damaged items, or general questions, please contact me directly: mumsterville@gmail.com. I want to make your experience with Mumsterville a positive one!

Exchanges: Please email me directly if you received the incorrect item. Item must be in new condition after quality check to exchange or for store credit. Mumsterville is not responsible for shipping costs. If an item is rejected, you will be notified via email, the items will be returned, and no exchange will be issued. No exchanges for international purchases.

Pre-Order Items: Please email: mumsterville@gmail.com for cancellations. Cancellations must be within 24-hours from the time of purchase to receive full refund. The funds are reallocated into production for labor and raw materials after the presale. After 24-hours, cancellation will no longer be applicable, and your order will be processed.
